Clayton, New Mexico
— The Story

Built by Hand.
Built to Last.

My name is JP Fisk and I am the craftsman behind Tipi C Leather. I am 13 years old and I work on the Tipi C Ranch in Clayton, New Mexico, where the western way of life is not just a style — it is how people live.

Growing up on the ranch gave me an appreciation for gear that actually holds up. Every piece I build is made by hand, start to finish. No shortcuts, no assembly lines. Just quality leather, the right tools, and the time it takes to do it right.

Whether it is a custom belt, a pair of chaps, a scabbard, or a set of spur straps — I put the same care into every piece. If you are going to carry it or wear it, it ought to be worth carrying.

What I Build

  • Belts — tooled, plain, and combo styles
  • Chaps — working and show
  • Scabbards — western and everyday carry
  • Wallets & Notebook Covers
  • Tack — spur straps, headstalls, and more
  • Custom pieces — if you can describe it, I can build it
